Veg Kurma




Ingredients:-

Vegetables - 1/2 bowl (Carrot, green peas, broad peas, potato)
Onion - 2 nos Chopped
Tomato - 3 nos. chopped
Green chilli - 2 nos.
Ginger garlic paste- 2 tbl.sp
Sambar Prd - 3 tbl sp
Turmeric pdr - 1/4 tsp
Cloves - 3 nos.
Cinnamon - 1 inch piece
Oil - 3 tbl sp
Salt as required
Finely cut coriander leaves few  


Grind together 

Grated Coconut - - 3 tbl.sp
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cashew nuts - 2 to 3
Roasted gram - 2 tsp 

Tomato puree:-

Cook tomato with little water and blend it keep aside 




Method:-

Heat oil in a pan and add cloves and cinnamon. Fry it transparent



Add onion and green chillies.



When onion get transparent add ginger garlic paste. fry till raw smell goes out.



Add tomato puree. Fry for 3 min.



Add turmeric pdr., sambar pdr. and vegetables. Cook till vegetables become soft.



After add ground masala paste, salt .cook for 10 min. 



Garnish with coriander leaves

Now veg kurma is read to serve with roti or  dosa or plane rice or jeera rice
