ponnanganni keerai poriyal





Ingredients:-

Ponnanganni Keerai - 1 bunch Wash and chpped
Moongdhal - 2 tbl sp.
Green chilly - 1
Grated Coconut - 2tbl sp.
Garlic - 2 flakes crash
Onion - 1 or
Shallots - 10 nos.
Oil -2 tsp
Urad dhal - 1tsb.sp
Salt as required








Method:-

Crash coconut with green chill keep aside.

Cook the moong dhal with half glass of water.

Meanwhile heat oil in a another pan, add urad dhal wait for till brown, add garlic fry till raw flavour goes out 

Add onion and saute it till transparent.

Add keerai, allow to cook 5 min

Don't cover the pan with lid else the green colour will turn dark in colour.

Add cooked moong dhal and crashed coconut and salt mix well .

Switch off the flame and serve hot with rice

Very Healthy and Delicious side dish for rice
