Homemade masala powder for tea or chai








I have prepare chai masala for tea very often. Especially I prepare this in Ramzan month. This masala is a combination of spices that can be blended together and  store in air tight container. When made at home we are ensured quality and it is definitely a money save. During winter this masala powder mix with warm milk and to give the kids also.







Ingredients:-

Dry Ginger - 1cup
Elaichi (Cardamomseeds)- 1/4 cup
Black Pepper - 1/2 cup
Cloves - 2tsp
Cinnamon -10 nos.(1 inch pieces) 


Take all ingredients



Now first crash dry ginger and grind this a fine powder.


Now grind all the rest of the ingredients to a fine powder.





Mix this with dry ginger powder, and store in an air tight container.


Use for a month. 





Use this chai masala whenever you make an Indian Chai
