Dates and Figs Juice




Health Benefits of Dates:-




Dates can provide a lot of health benefits. Dates are high in iron content fluorine.  Dates are rich  source in vitamins and minerals. Consuming dates regularly can help to low cholesterol and keep many health disorders away

Health Benefits of Figs:-




Figs nutrition in the quran  call the tin fruit has many health benefits for the human body. This fruits contains a lot of sugar in large quantities, and also contains the  main salts,  the most important of  which are calcium, phosphorus and vitamin c. So, fig is one of the fruit that high in nutrient content

Ingredients:-

Dates - 4nos.
Fig - 2 nos.
Jaggery -  1/2 cup
Lemon - 1
Water - 2 to 3 cup






Method:-

Remove seeds from dates

wash and soak Dates and figs in warm water for 6 hrs.

After blend it  and keep aside.





Heat jaggery with 2 cups of water in a vessel till it dissolves completely 





Stain to remove dirt. Now add blended paste and squeeze lemon juice and mixed well.




Keep in refrigerator and serve with cool.
